Haven offer a guaranteed rental scheme which last year gave a nice profit over and above the site fees and all costs. Private rentals will clearly raise a massively higher profit rate.
Haven have a really active Owners Exclusive Club. Each month, they hold owners only events with food - varying from discos, BBQs, murder mystery meals and many more. There is also owners only swim times in the pool, many discounts on site, in the site shop and around the local area at local shops.
The site is a lively one with all the usual activities like archery, park rangers, kids club etc. There is a lovely walk down to Bowlease Cove and plenty of supermarkets, smaller shops, pubs and restaurants close by. Weymouth town centre is nearby and the beach is very close.
